The Ticket Room ("we," "us," "our") provides sports analysis and picks for informational and entertainment purposes only. By accessing our website, Discord, emails, SMS, or any content we publish (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

1 Nature of Service

Information only. We are not a sportsbook, broker, or investment adviser. We do not accept or place wagers for you.

No guarantees. Past performance, client screenshots, and example tickets are not guarantees of future results. Variance happens.

You're responsible. You're solely responsible for if, how, and where you wager, and for complying with your local laws.

2 Eligibility & Local Laws

You must be of legal age to wager in your jurisdiction (21+ in many U.S. states) and it must be legal to access sports betting where you are.

We do not target jurisdictions where sports wagering information services are restricted. You agree not to access the Service where prohibited.

3 Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Recurring billing. VIP memberships renew automatically at the stated interval (e.g., monthly) until you cancel.

How to cancel. Use the billing link in your email receipt/customer portal before the next renewal, or email [email protected].

Refunds. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts; access continues through the end of the term.

Free trials / promos. Any trial, coupon, or special offer is subject to posted limits and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Payment disputes. If you have a billing question, contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

4 Delivery & Access

Primary delivery: Private Discord channels (e.g., #vip-picks, #live-alerts).

Optional alerts: Email/SMS notifications may mirror Discord timing when available.

Access keys/roles: Do not share, sell, or transfer your login, invite, or role. We may revoke access without refund for sharing/redistribution.

5 Posting & Grading Policy

Time-stamped posts. Picks are posted with line, price, unit size, and "playable to" guidance.

Grading. We grade to widely available lines at post time: Win / Loss / Push exactly as posted (no edits, no deletions).

Ledger. We maintain a results ledger with weekly/monthly recaps.

Line moves. If a line is gone, we may post an OFF notice or an alternate play; you should pass if worse than "playable to."

6 No "Locks," No Personalized Advice

We do not sell "locks," guaranteed picks, or personalized financial advice.

Any analysis, unit sizing, or examples are general educational guidance; you must choose your own bet size and risk.

7 Responsible Play

Wager only what you can afford to lose. Set limits and never chase losses.

8 Intellectual Property & Fair Use

Personal license. Paid members receive a limited, non-transferable, personal license to view our content for their own use.

No redistribution. You may not copy, repost, sell, stream, scrape, or distribute our picks or materials (including inside other groups/servers).

Enforcement. We may terminate access and pursue remedies if our content is shared outside your account.

9 Testimonials, Results & Screenshots

Client screenshots and testimonials are shared with permission and may be redacted for privacy.

Individual outcomes vary; examples are illustrative and not guarantees.

Do not submit materials you do not own or that reveal another person's private information.

10 Privacy & Communications

We collect only what's necessary to operate (e.g., email, Discord handle, payment confirmations from processors).

We do not store full payment details (handled by third-party processors).

By using the Service, you consent to receive essential messages (e.g., access updates, picks alerts if enabled).

11 Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, Stripe/PayPal/Whop/LaunchPass, email/SMS providers).

Their availability is outside our control; outages or delays do not create refund obligations.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

12 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; portions of this section may not apply to you.

13 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Ticket Room and its operators from claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

14 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • • Harass, spam, or disrupt community channels
  • • Scrape, mine, or automate access
  • • Attempt to bypass paywalls or access controls
  • • Post illegal content or violate third-party rights

15 DMCA / IP Notices

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: (a) your contact info, (b) identification of the work, (c) the exact location/URL, (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and (e) your signature.

16 Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update content, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing law: Commonwealth of Virginia, USA

Arbitration: Except for small-claims matters, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; class actions are waived.
